Jesse Drucker

Biography:

Jesse's recent research was in the workplace. He measured the influence of fit between personal orientations and the environment on attitudes, turnover intentions, and prosocial behaviors. He is interested in demonstrating how organizations can benefit from tailoring their atmosphere and leadership to meet employee needs for either achievement, or warmth and socialization. Jesse wants to explore various causes of deviance, and aspirations for social mobility in particular. He also intends to study media, and their effects on identity constructions and personal goals, such as social mobility.
