Biography:

Brooke Johnson's research focuses on the increasing militarization of everyday life. Her research specifically focuses on the militarization of public education and the impacts of this trend across race, class and gender boundaries. Brooke Johnson is also the managing editor of Social Identities: Journal for the Study of Race, Nation and Culture.
