Ashley N. Koda

Biography:
Ashley’s interest is in the areas of institutional power struggles and topics relating to Native American advancement in the United States. She seeks to study the gap between "Nations with this Nation". In addition, Ashley would like to research into the power struggles between gaming Tribes and outside interest groups. She currently has an internship as a legal researcher for Inter-Tribal Court of Southern California where she seeks to strengthen ties between Tribes in hopes to create a self-sustaining court system for Indian Tribes in Southern California.
