Luis Higinio
Biography: Luis received his B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from San Diego State University and an M.A. in Applied Sociological Practice from California State University, San Marcos. He started the PhD program in the Fall of 2017. His areas of specialization are Political Economy and Global Social Change and Race and Class Inequality. Luis’ area of research focuses on grassroots organizing, social movements, revolutions, and decolonizing frameworks.
